If you include an image or a recognisable part of an image, you must always credit the person who created the image.

This means that you should write their name next to the work that you are using.

For example, if you are using a photo that was taken by Felix Dunn on your website, you should write ‘Photograph by Felix Dunn’ beneath the photo.

It is also a good idea to acknowledge the copyright owner. If copyright in Felix Dunn’s photo is owned by Broome Tourism, and you have permission from Broome Tourism to use the photo, the credit might look like this:
